1. UPT elearning dibentuk pada tahun 2015 dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan elearning di linkungan ITB Bandung.
2. UPT elearning memiliki 18 orang peugas, dipimpin oleh 5 pejabat yang terdiri dari :
a. Kepala Unit Pelaksana Tugas (UPT) : Ir. Mervin T. Hutabarat, M.Sc. Ph.D
b. Kepala Seksi Pengembangan Pembelajaran : Ibu Nina
c. Kepala Seksi Pengembangan konten : Bapak Anton
d. Kepala Seksi Content Delivery (LMS) : Bapak Arief Bahtiar
e. Kepala Seksi Administrasi : Ibu Yanti
3. Tugas UPT elearning ITB Bandung antara lain :
a. Melayani perancangan online atau membuat disain instruksional
b. Melayani pengembangan konten menggunakan studio
c. Mengurusi platform website yang digunakan untuk elearning
d. Mengatur administrasi kepegawaian UPT elearning
